After more than 25 years as a South Florida residential real estate sales professional, Tim Powers joined Tim Singer and Associates with Coldwell Banker in 2016. A native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Tim is a graduate of Ohio University’s prestigious E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
